I have tried several tools in the past where my ACOS went way out of control or the ad spend was excessive. With one tool, it was not managing things properly and I had to intervene to prevent significant expenses. While I had some success managing ads on my own, it requires substantial time. I find that Adigy is essentially taking care of everything for me. I do monitor it occasionally, but the ACOS has been very good and continues to decrease while sales increase. I am spending minimal time other than checking in. Another advantage is that Adigy's customer service is excellent. They have promptly answered every question I have had.
